London equities slip at Friday close as defense and aviation names weigh on index
U.K. equities ended Friday lower, with the Investing.com United Kingdom 100 down 0.36%. Gains in telecom and leisure names were offset by declines in aerospace and defense, mining and fixed-line telecom sectors.
