OFA Group reported a notable uptick in investor interest Friday after releasing metrics from the early commercial launch of QikBIM, its AI-assisted Building Information Modeling platform. The company said shares climbed 16% in premarket trading following the update.

The Torrance, California-based architecture, engineering and technology company said QikBIM recorded 281,665 content views and reached 186,637 architecture, engineering and construction professionals in a single eight-day campaign. OFA also reported an 830% increase in website visitors and a 565% rise in sessions during that period, and noted that nearly 98% of views came from professionals who had not previously engaged with the platform.

QikBIM is positioned to transform 2D drawings and design inputs into coordinated architectural drawings, structural plans and BIM outputs. According to OFA, the platform can deliver coordinated BIM outputs up to 10 times faster than traditional workflows, which the company says could reduce production time by as much as 80%.

The company detailed results from a paid ad launch on Meta platforms in late July, reporting 224,988 impressions and 4,682 link clicks to QikBIM.com over eight days, which produced a 2.08% click-through rate. OFA pointed out that this CTR is about double the approximately 1% averages often cited for Meta advertising.

OFA said the July campaign directly produced the platform's first paying subscribers, marking the first subscription revenue tied to QikBIM. Registered users increased 75% period-over-period through July 14, the company added.

The platform is available at QikBIM.com with a 30-day free trial and an unlimited monthly subscription. OFA said that within three weeks of the commercial launch, the site had attracted visitors from six countries: the United States, Hong Kong, the United Kingdom, India, Germany and Italy.

In a quoted comment, Larry Wong, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of OFA Group, summed up the early traction: "QikBIM went from zero to more than a quarter of a million views in ninety days."

Context and commercial positioning

The company is marketing QikBIM as a productivity tool for the architecture, engineering and construction sector that automates conversion of design inputs into coordinated BIM outputs. OFA's reported metrics emphasize reach among AEC professionals and initial monetization through subscription conversions.

Metrics highlight

  • 281,665 content views and 186,637 AEC professionals reached in one eight-day campaign.
  • 830% uplift in website visitors and 565% increase in sessions during the campaign window.
  • Paid Meta campaign generated 224,988 impressions, 4,682 link clicks and a 2.08% CTR.
  • First paying subscribers converted directly from the July campaign; registered users rose 75% period-over-period through July 14.

OFA's update links early audience engagement to the platform's first subscription revenue and positions QikBIM for broader commercial uptake under its trial and monthly subscription model.

Risks

  • Subscription revenue to date consists of the initial paying subscribers converted directly from the July campaign, indicating early-stage monetization.
  • A large portion of the reported engagement and conversions were concentrated in a single eight-day campaign, which may not represent ongoing performance trends.
  • Productivity claims - that QikBIM can produce coordinated BIM outputs up to 10 times faster and potentially cut production time by as much as 80% - are presented as company statements.
