Risks

  • Energy sector headwinds from falling crude and Brent prices could pressure related stocks and sectors exposed to commodity volatility.
  • Significant declines in large-cap names - exemplified by Stellantis falling to five-year lows - indicate company-specific or sector risks within automakers and related supply chains.
  • Broad market sensitivity to commodity and FX moves adds uncertainty for sectors reliant on input costs or currency stability, such as Industrials and Utilities.
