DENVER, Sept. 11, 2026 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- ArrowMark Financial Corp. (Nasdaq: BANX) ("ArrowMark Financial" or the "Company"), an SEC registered closed-end management investment company, today announced that its Board of Directors has declared a special cash distribution of $0.10 per share generated from excess income, and a regular monthly cash distribution of $0.15 per share for September 2026. The total distribution of $0.15 per share will be payable on September 30, 2026, to shareholders of record on September 23, 2026. The special distribution will be payable on December 31, 2026, to shareholders of record on December 24, 2026.
